EMPOWER THOSE IN NEED!
Every day, countless individuals face challenges that hinder their ability to thrive. Join us in empowering them with essential resources and support.
Our MISSION
At the Greeneville Greene County Community Ministries Food Bank, our mission is to uplift individuals and our community by providing access to emergency resources including food, shelter, utilities, heating, medications, advocacy, and other necessities, along with education and hope.
Food boxes are available Monday-Friday from 9:00 to 11:30 a.m. All other services are available from 9:00-3:00 pm.

Assistance we offer
-
Food: GGCCM Food Bank's main focus is on food. Food is donated by individuals, groups, farms, churches, grocery stores and restaurants, and is purchased from Second Harvest Food Bank and other suppliers. Some commodity food items are received from the USDA. Food is provided to individuals and families once a quarter upon request. There is no barrier to receiving food.
-
Housing Assistance: With rent prices soaring and the variability of utility bills, housing assistance is more needed than ever before. The GGCCM Food bank wants families to maintain the stability and peace of mind that comes with staying in their home. At this time, this assistance is open to Greeneville-Greene County residents who do not owe money to the court.
-
Coal Fund: Sponsored by The Greeneville Sun, the Coal Fund provides heating assistance during the cold months.
